Pumpkin Banana Hemp Seed Bread

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup of blanched almond flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp ginger
  • ¾ tsp clove
  • ¾ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ can of pumpkin puree (15 oz can)
  • 6 Tbsp grade B maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds and more for sprinkling on top
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl and slowly pour into dry ingredients mix all together.
  3. Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined bread pan and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
  4. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 min or until no longer wet in the center.
  5. Note: This bread is very moist and will firm up as it cools.
