Coconut Butter

Ingredients
  • 6 cups of dried coconut (any will work)
  • Optional: 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Add coconut shreds to a food processor.
  2. Process on high for up to 30 min.
  3. You will need to stop periodically to scrape the sides.
  4. Add optional coconut oil as needed but I suggest waiting to add it until after at least 15 min of processing.
  5. Note: I prefer using a food processor for this recipe but a high speed blender can be used as well.
