Heirloom Radishes With Sweet Lemon Butter

Serves: 6-8 servings
- 1 bunch heirloom radishes
- 2 Tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
- 5 drops organic liquid stevia
- zest from 1 lemon
- Optional: sea salt
- Wash and slice radishes to desired thickness.
- Allow grass fed butter or ghee to come to room temperature.
- Add zest of one small lemon along with stevia. Add more or less of each depending on desired taste.
- Mix well, plate and serve with optional sea salt.
Use organic whenever possible! If you don't tolerate grass fed butter you can substitute ghee.
