Banana Cinnamon Maple Pudding Popsicles

Ingredients
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk (if AIP make sure it's free of Guar Gum)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp grade B maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until creamy.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until set.
Notes
Use organic whenever possible!
