Maple, Cinnamon + Vanilla Granola

Ingredients
  • 3 cups oats
  • 3 Tbsp grade B maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread on a parchment lined baking pan.
  2. Bake for 20 min at 300. As soon as the granola feels dry and crisp to the touch it's ready.
  3. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Keeps for several weeks.
