(Not So Green) Green Smoothie

Serves: 2 - 4 servings
- 2 cups milk of choice (almond, coconut, grass-fed, nut or seed milk)
- 2 cups spinach or greens of choice
- 2 cups berries of choice (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (Vital Proteins is my favorite brand)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- Optional: 1 frozen or fresh banana
- Optional: steamed and frozen cauliflower or zucchini
- In a blender add milk of choice and all other ingredients.
- Blend on high until fully mixed and smoot.
- Pour in a glass and serve.
Use organic whenever possible! To make vegan and vegetarian omit the collagen peptides. To make keto omit banana. Can use frozen or fresh berries.
