Place the peel in a sauce pan along with water and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
Remove the banana peel and pour in a cup and add a little honey or stevia to taste if you prefer a little sweetness to your tea.
Reserve the banana for another use.
Notes
TIP: You can make a batch or two ahead of time and keep in the fridge to drink right before bedtime. You can also dehydrate or freeze the peel of a banana for future use.
